Chapter 1: Syaoran\'s Heart

Syaoran was twenty-two. He had been on his quest for quite a long time. They were on the quest for Princess Sakura\\\'s feathers. Syaoran had been in love with Sakura ever since he was a small boy. It started small, a crush developed when he was fourteen. Over time, she allowed him to call her Sakura, instead of princess. Over time, the crush grew. Sakura then lost her feathers. Her feathers held her memories. But when she got them back, she would not remember Syaoran in her memories. He would be an emptey chair, a clear space, or an invisible person holding her in his arms, pushing her on the swing in her palace garden, and holding her while she cried into his shoulder. He would be the emptey feeling inside her, he would be forever out of her childhood.
Then, along with some others, he went on a quest to get her feathers back through the worlds. Despite the hardships they went through, despite the closer they got, despite everything he did to confort her, she did not remember him, he was just... emptey space in her past memories. There was nothing she could do to get him back, nothing. Whenever she asked him of something of their past, or remembered a memory with him in it without her feather, her memory would be erased, she would be forever without him in her child hood. Now, a few years after they started the quest, they were after her last feather. She would get her last memory back... and go home with Syaoran. That is where we join our story. The search for the last feather.
Kurogane: Where are we going to go after this?
Fye: Home of course. Where did you think we would go?
Kurogane: Well, I don\\\'t want to go back to Tokyo, and that\\\'s the only place where my language is spoken, so I\\\'d have to stay with Mokona, so that would mean going with Sakura and Syaoran to their world.
Fye: Me, too. And I wonder what this \\\"Touya and Yukito\\\" people are like.
Sakura: They\\\'re really nice, and Touya is my big brother. Yukito is the preist of the city. He\\\'s really nice, and I have a sneaking suspicion that something is going on between them... just as much as you guys are in love with each other. *snigger snigger*
Syaoran: Good one Sakura. *snigger snigger*
Fye: HEY! *angry*
Kurogane: How did you find out? *sulk sulk*
Syaoran: Umm... Guys? We were joking.
Kurogane: *twitch twitch*
Fye: My GOD! I can\\\'t beleive you gave us away Kuro-puppy.
Kurogane: Shut-up.
Sakura and Syaoran: *twitch twitch*
Kurogane: Why are you doing that?
Sakura and Syaoran: *continues twitching*
Fye: I don\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t blame them, we don\\\'t match at all!
Sakura: Umm...
Kurogane: APRIL FOOLS! *big smile* This is the day of the year on my planet where everyone plays harmless tricks on each other. I let Fye in on it of couse so we could put the biggest trick on you guys, and it actually worked.
Sakura: How out of charactor of you.
Kurogane: I\\\'m always like this on April 1st.
Syaoran: Oh really! The I hope April 1st never comes again, it\\\'s disturbing. *snigger snigger*
Sakura: But April 1st is our birthday...
Kurogane: Whatever.
Syaoran: Lets get going. Mokona, can you sense a feather?
Mokona: NOPE!
Syaoran: Then why did you say you did at first?
Mokona: APRIL FOOLS! It\\\\\\\'s really close. Go north a bit. *points north*
The group walks north for a while and change dirctions due to Mokona\\\'s sense of the feather. They soon come upon a temple covered in ivy. It was anciant. Once inside, they saw a set of stairs leading up to a blinding light.
Mokona: The feather!
Syaoran walked up the staircase and got the feather. He was finally getting a break from fighting. He then handed the feather to Sakura... and the process began. She lifted off the ground and the feather slowly went into her. It was all... over.
Mokona: Lets go home now. Kurogane and Fye, nice knowing you!
Syaoran: Kurogane, thank you for teaching me how to use a sword. I will forever be in debt to you.
Kurogane: Don\\\'t worry about it.
Sakura: Fye, your food was great, I wish you could just go on cooking for me... but you have to go home now.
Fye: I know.
Mokona: AWWWWWW PAKUH!
They were placed into their home worlds... never to be reunited again.
Kuroganes world (Tokyo)...
Kurogane: Princess Tomoyo!
Tomoyo: Kurogane!
They run together and hug.

Fye: Aww. Good to be home... eep.
Sakura and Syaoran\\\'s world...

Touya: Surly he proposed already.

Touya: Did you forget of your past relation ship with him?
Syaoran: She lost her memories, she has them back but... Can I speak to you alone?

They walk off and syaoran turns to Touya
Syaoran: Sakura lost her memories, she knows that bit. What she doesn\\\\\\\'t know that I was fully erased from them. Along with her feelings for me.
Touya: Then why don\\\'t you tell her that you\\\'re in love with her?
Syaoran: I... I think it\\\'s for the best that she doesn\\\'t know.
Touya: Why? So your heart can be broken when she falls in love?
Syaoran: I don\\\'t want my heart to be broken... but she deserves happiness.
Touya: You really do care about her, don\\\'t you?
Syaoran: More than anyone else I\\\'ve ever known.
Touya: Then why don\\\'t you tell her?
Syaoran: She deserves better than me.
Touya: ... Suit yourself.
They walked back to the group, where someone was flirting with Sakura. He had short black hair, bown eyes, about Syaoran\\\'s height, and a sort of evil gleam in his eye. He was very handsome.
Stranger: My name is Neirata. I come from over seas and wish to learn about this country. I am a scholor.
Sakura: Nice to meet you Neirata. My name is...
Neirata: Sakura. I know. I heard you dissappeared from this land quite a long time ago. Where did you go, may I ask?
Sakura: Nowhere in particular.
Neirata: Were there dangers?
Sakura: Yes.
Neirata: Then how could your beautiful self have lived through them without anyone there? I hear there was an archeologist there too, but surly an archeologist has no strength due to studies that they commit themselves to.
Sakura: Oh! You mean Syaoran? He saved my life more than once, and there were two others. Kurogane and Fye. Right before we got back, they returned to their homelands. Fye was a great cook and Kurogane was kind enough to teach Syaoran how to use a sword.
Syaoran: You mean brutal enough. I ruined a good shirt on the first day. He was a tough teacher.
Neirata: You must be Syaoran! Hello, and welcome back.
Syaoran: It\\\\\\\'s good to be back.
Sakura: Hi Syaoran! Wanna go see the garden?
Syaoran: Okay.
Touya: She truly has forgotten.
Neirata: Excuse me?
Touya: Oh, nothing.
Ruins that were turned into gardens...
Sakura: Come on slowpoke! I wonder how it\\\'s changed!
Syaoran: I doubt it changed at all, Sakura-hime.

She walked over to the pillar of the garden, sat down, and leaned against it. She looked at the flowers spread across the garden.
Syaoran: I remember when you found me here. I was watering the plants, these plants, that I planted.
Sakura: Um... Syaoran, I...
Touya: Sakura, Syaoran, come back here, it\\\\\\\'s getting dark.
Sakura: COOOOOOMIIIIING!
They made their way back to the castle, on their way home.just as much as you guys are in love with each other. *snigger snigger*
Syaoran: Good one Sakura. *snigger snigger*
Fye: HEY! *angry*

Chapter 2: The Welcoming Banquet

They walked toward the castle in silence. When they got there, they found that there was a banquet in honer of the princess\\\'s (Syaoran felt a little left out) return. Sakura was right, about Touya and Yukito having a \\\"thing\\\" for each other. They had married.
Yukito: Yes, it is true that we have married. (Writer finds it hard to type with an ice cream cone in her hand) Touya and I had a vision and were allowed to marry.
Sakura: That\\\'s wonderful! Isn\\\'t it Syaoran? Syaoran? ... I\\\'ll be right back.
Syaoran wasn\\\'t there. As Sakura looked, she could not find him at all. She got tiered and left the banquet and went to the gardens, which she convieniantly remembered how to get to through a memory. What she found there was not Syaoran... but Neirata instead. The music from the party played in the backround. The sun was setting.
Neirata: Hello, Sakura. The setting sun pales in comparison to your beauty this afternoon.
Sakura was unmoved by this for some reason. It did not make her happy the way it did when Syaoran had complemented her.
Sakura: Thank you, Neirata. I accept the complement. Have you seen Syaoran?
Neirata: I did. He was heading to his cabin in the village.
Sakura: Thank you. Good-bye.
Neirata: WAIT!
Sakura paused and turned around.
Neirata: Where are you going?
Sakura: To see Syaoran of course. I... I have to tell him something very important to me.
I apologize for no writing much, but it\\\'s almost midnight and I have (the oh-so-boring) church tomorrow. I G2G now. Post tomorrow.
Chapter 3: Gardens

Sakura paused and turned around.
Neirata: Where are you going?

Sakura turned to walk away, but soon gave up searching in town for Syaoran. To tell the truth, she had no idea where he lived.
When she got back to the casle she went strait to her courters and slept.
[Three weeks later]
Sakura walked into the breakfast room to find Neirata and Touya.
Neirata: Ohayo, Sakura-hime.
Sakura: Ohayo, Touya-nii. Nairata-kun. Have you two seen Syaoran recently?
Touya: Hai. He works at the excavation site and reports once a week.
Sakura: Why didn\\\'t you tell me?!
Touya: Because, you would have just begged to come to the meetings and made such a big fuss, kaiju-hime.
Sakura: NII-SAN!
Neirata: King Touya, that is no way to speak to a younger sister!
Touya: We tease each other all the time!
Neirata: But it lacks respect!
Nairata walked over to Sakura and brought her hand to his lips.
Neirata: I apologize for your brother\\\'s rudeness.
Sakura: ano...
Nairata: Did you know? Tomorrow there is a ball celebrating the halfway point of the excavation! Would you care to be my dance partner, Sakura-hime?
Sakura: ie-
A quick look at Touya made Sakura think twice about her answer.
Sakura: H... Hai, Nairata-kun.
Nairata: Just Nairata is fine.
Sakura: I\\\'ll stick with -kun anyways, Nairata-kun.
Neirata: Oh... See you at the ball, then.
His usual composure was shattered.
At the ball...
Neirata: Sakura, you look... stunning.
Sakura was wearing a plain pink dress that went down to her ankles and had speghetti strap shoulders.
Sakura: Arigato, Neirata-kun.
Neirata: Shall we go?
Sakura paused.
Sakura: Yes.
Putting her hand on his arm, they walked into the ballroom.
The ballroom...
All eyes were on the princess. She was absolutly stunning. The pink dress pulled in all the pight places and seemed to magnify her presence. To put it simply she was the main attention of the ballroom, and she did the only thing she could do. Smile.
Neirata: Let\\\'s go.
They walked down the steps, all eyes were on them. On Neirata in his pure white suit and Sakura in her cherry blossom pink dress Said girl was looking around the ballroom for a certain little wolf, only to give up in defeat. As a song was sticken up after they took their seats, Neirata spoke up.
Neirata: Would you like to dance?
Sakura: Hai.
They danced to the waltz, and a great many others, until a little before midnight. Neirata and Sakura had been resting on the balcony with stairs leading to the garden. A quick waltz was sticken up and Neirata spoke up.
Neirata: Would you like to dance?
Sakura: iieh. I\\\'d like to find Syaoran so I can share the last dance with him, it\\\'s coming soon.
Here\\\'s a cliffhanger for the next chapter. Jah-neh!

Sakura turned to walk, but her wrist was gripped suddenly by Neirata.
Sakura: Nani?!
Neirata: Don\'t go.
Sakura: I have to!
Sakura pulled her wrist as if to run, but it was yanked back and she found herself forced lips to lips with Neirata. No matter how much she struggled she couldn\'t get out of his grip. Her eyes were wide with fear, fear that he was going to do something worse... but he had already done the worst thing immaginable, for Syaoran had walked in just as it ended... and ran.
Sakura: *gasp* SYAORAN!
Neirata: *smirk*
Sakura tried to run after Syoaran, but found herseft being pulled being pulled back by Neirata again. By then, she was so full of anger she pulled out of his grip and slpped him, finalizing it with a scream.
Sakura: BAKA HENTAI!
Sakura had slapped Neirata with so much power that he was knocked off his feet. As soon as the slap was dealt Sakura began to run to her room. Collapsing onto her bed and crying when she got there, Sakura cried herself to sleep.
HAHAHAHA! Got to go to bed now. Gomen, but I wanted to leave you on a cliffhanger! Be prepared for tomorrows two chapters that will end the siries. I may be nice and give you 1 HUGE chapter instead of 2 small ones.

Sakura had slapped Neirata with so much power that he was knocked off his feet. As soon as the slap was dealt Sakura began to run to her room. Collapsing onto her bed and crying when she got there, Sakura cried herself to sleep.

Touya: Did something happen last night to bring you two closer or something?
His comment went unnotices as sakura replied.
Sakura: Don\\\'t you DARE call me -chan ever again!
Her voice was so forceful it even made Touya back off. As she walked back to her room Touya spoke up.
Touya: What happened?
Neirata: She kissed me last night and now she\\\'s feeling... shy.
Maid: She kissed YOU?! Pardon me Majesty for my tongue.
Touya: Excused, please continue.
Maid: If I remember correctly, she tried to chase after a boy and YOU forced HER into a kiss. She slapped you so hard that you were knocked off your feet and she called you a \\\"BAKA HENITAI!\\\" if I remember correctly.
Touya gaped open mouthed at this while Neirata was shifting uncomfortably in his chair. Touya looked at Neirata.
Touya: Is this true?
Neirata: Well, it\\\'s not exactly UNtrue...
Touya: I didn\\\'t ask if it was untrue, I asked if it was true.
A long pause passed between the two.
Neirata: Yes.
Touya: Get out.
Neirata: But your majesty...
Touya: I said GET OUT.
Neiyal: but...
Touya: What part of \\\"get out\\\" don\\\'t you understand? Is it the \\\"get\\\" ot the \\\"out\\\" because I sure understand them both!
A silence passes between the two... until Neirata left the room, soon to pack up his stuff.
Maid: Would you like for me to send for Syaoran-san?
Touya: Hai, that would be of great help.

I DON\'T OWN TRC! BTW: I\'ll try and turn this int two long chapters to sum it up instead of 1 short one.
A long pause passed between the two.
Neirata: Yes.
Touya: Get out.
Neirata: But your majesty...
Touya: I said GET OUT.
Neiyal: but...
Touya: What part of \"get out\" don\'t you understand? Is it the \"get\" or the \"out\" because I sure understand them both!
A silence passes between the two... until Neirata left the room, soon to pack up his stuff.
Maid: Would you like for me to send for Syaoran-san?
Touya: Hai, that would be of great help.
In Sakura\'s bedroom...
Sakura was fuming, the nerve of Neirata! She was contemplating ways to get him back when Touya walked in.
Touya: Ohayo, Sakura-chan.
Sakura: Ohayo, nii-san.
Touya: I have good news.
Sakura perked up a little.
Touya: Neirata has just been exiled out of the kingdom.
Sakura turned around.
Sakura: Demo, nii-san, wasn\'t that a very important treaty with the neighboring country that he was going to work out with you?
Touya: A treaty doesn\'t mean as much to me as my baby sister does. Besides, I put a note with a letter carrier to go to the casle overseas where he lives so they would know why he was sent back. I have a copy right here.
Sakura: Can I read it?
Touya: Sure you can.
Sakura read the letter handed over by Touya and found that every last detail of his seduction was written out.
Sakura: Onii-san!
Sakura glomped her big brother and smiled. She couldn\'t be happier! Unless...
Syaoran: You called, your majesty?
Touya: Hai, sister stealer.
Syaoran: I think you are talking about Neirata, they DID kiss.
Touya: Maybe you should see it from a maid\'s point of view.
Syaoran: It would be no different. I take my leave.
Syaoran left without another word.
Touya: Wow, he can be cold.
Kurogane: Something must be eating him up inside... what on earth happened?
Sakura: KUROGANE-SAN! FYE-SAN!
Fye: Ohayo!
Sakura: Wait, how can you speak out language?
Mokona: Mokona Modoki is here too!
Sakura: MOKONA!
Touya: Ano... introductions?
Sakura: Hai! Fye-san, Kurogane-san, Mokona-chan, meet Touya oniichan!
Touya: Yoroshku.
Kurogane: Pleasure.
Fye: Ohayo!
Sakura: They were our companians on the journey. Kurogane\'s the one who taught Syaoran how to use a sword!
Touya: Syaoran know how to use a SWORD?!
Kurogane: Hai, but he has a long wat to...
Kurogane stared as Touya fainted.
Yuki: Youya never really could get ahold of the art of sword fighting. hehe.
Kurogane: Who\'s he?
Sakura: High priest Yukito-san!
Yuki: Would these two happen to be your travveling companions from other worlds?
Sakura: HAI!
Yuki: Well then, we better get Syaoran so he can see them.
Maid: What am I? Chopped liver? I brought them here.
They all sweatdropped as the maid said this, and sent off to find Syaoran.
Ending notes: Well, I MAY make a longer chapter for the story finale, but I want to draw this out as much as possible. The longer the story the beter!
